- You view the menus listed on HAVAMENU.COM.
- Call us with your order. (888-hava-menu)
- We place your order and deliver it to you within an *hour.
- Payment is Cash or Credit Card On Delivery.
Delivery Terms:
- Beverages (Soda and Water) Supplied by LDD for $1.00 ea. No drink orders thru restaurant.
- See area map for delivery fees.
- No Minimum Order.
- Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed.
- Deliveries are usually made within 1 hour. Some conditions such as traffic & weather conditions and how busy the restaurant is could require more time.
- Additional fee for out of coverage area – Call for pricing.
- Gratuity is not included for orders under $75. Please consider the efforts of your mobile server.
- Cash and Most Major Credit Cards Accepted.
- The credit card used for ordering must be present at the point of delivery.
NO EXCEPTIONS! Please also be prepared to show a photo ID.
- Personal checks can be made out to "Lazy Day Delivery". Returned checks are subject to being charged up to 10 times the amount of the order.
- Prank orders will be subjected to criminal charges and punished to the fullest extent.
- The Arizona Health Dept. states consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness.

Alcohol Delivery Terms As Per Arizona Rule R19-1-206
- Delivery shall only be made by a person at least 21 years old.
- Delivery shall only be made during g the hours of lawful service of spirituous liquor. *Available only during business hours.
- Delivery shall not be made to an intoxicated or disorderly person.
- Delivery shall only be made after identification has been shown by the person accepting delivery, the identification shows the person is of legal drinking age, and the information required to be recorded by this rule, has been recorded.
- Delivery shall not be made to the licensed premises of a retailer.
- Person accepting the delivery will be required to complete the Record of Delivery form.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery to 1. parties where underage persons appear to be present and/ or 2. intoxicated or disorderly person(s) appear to be present.
